Items purchased on Katespade.com may be returned or exchanged at a Kate Spade New York specialty shop (excluding airport and department stores).

If you would like to exchange an item, you may do so free of charge within 30 days of receipt. All items are eligible for exchange in any Kate Spade New York specialty shop. Exchanges for select handbags, shoes, wallets, and clothing items may be initiated online. To exchange all other items by mail, we recommend returning the item and purchasing the new color or size to ensure product availability.

• Items purchased at full price that are still in stock are eligible for a one-time price adjustment if the item has been marked down within 7 days of the original purchase date.
• Final sale items or items purchased using a promotion code or other discount are not eligible for a price adjustment. See the specific promotion terms and conditions for details.
• For in-store purchases, please bring your original receipt to the store within 7 days of the original purchase date.

For manufacturing defects, we invite you to bring your item back to one of our shops. If you do not have a shop near you, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Please have your original proof of purchase available when you call, email, or visit. If contacting customer service via email, please include the following:

• Style number (found on the white tag inside the product)
• Photos of the item clearly showing the issue
• A copy of the proof of purchase (original receipt, gift receipt, or online order number)

You can set up Apple Pay or Google Pay using the Klarna digital credit card created in the Klarna app. At stores that accept Apple Pay or Google Pay, Klarna will work like any other contactless payment method.
